– All return/exchange requests are processed within *3-5 working days* of receiving your request.

6. Exchange Orders
– Customers are responsible for paying delivery charges for exchange orders.

7. Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes)
– These are *non-refundable* as they are intended solely for testing fragrances.

8. High-Value Orders
– Orders above *Rs. 12,000* are *not refundable* but can be exchanged.

9. Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Products
– In cases of *damage, leakage, or incorrect product delivery*, we will bear the delivery charges for returns or exchanges.
